Paneer Tikka recipe - Allo Recipies

Ingredients:

  1. Yoghurt
  2. Mustard oil
  3. Besan 
  4. Red chili powder 
  5. Coriander powder
  6. Amchur powder
  7. Garam Masala
  8. Kasturi Methi
  9. Lemon
  10. Salt
  11. Paneer
  12. Onion
  13. Tomato

Instructions:

  1. In a Glass Bowl add 2-3 Tbsp of yoghurt.
  2. Then add 1 tbsp mustard oil.
  3. next add 1-2 tbsp Besan.
  4. Then, Add little bit of red chili powder, coriander powder, Amchur powder and Garam Masala.
  5. Next, add Kasturi methi, Juice of half lemon, and salt as per requirement and mic everything together. 
  6. Then, add Panner cubes, chopped onion and Tomato cubes, mix it well.
  7. Next, put everything on skewers.
  8. After that, Grease the PAN and roast these from all sides, Serve.
