  1. Ghee
  2. Semolina
  3. Groundnut
  4. Jeera
  5. Green Chilly
  6. Potato
  7. Yoghurt
  8. Coriander


  1. In a Kadhai heat 1 Tbsp Ghee.
  2. Then add Semolina, cover it in Ghee and take it our in a bowl.
  3. Next, In the same Kadhai heat 1 tbsp ghee, add groundnut, Jeera and stir.
  4. Next, add chopped green Chili and cubed potato and stir.
  5. Later, add Semolina and stir well.
  6. Then, add 1 bowl of Yoghurt and a glass of water.
  7. Cover it and let it cook while keep stiring in between.
  8. Once cooked garnish with Coriander.
