  1. Carrot. 
  2. Milk.
  3. Mawa.
  4. Sugar.
  5. Ghee.
  6. Elachi Powder.
  7. Dryfruits.


  1. In a Kadhai, Add 1.5 kg greated carrot.
  2. Keep the flame medium and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 ltr milk and keep medium to high flame, Stir properly.
  4. Add 250 gm of Mawa and mix it properly.
  5. add 1/2 cup sugar.
  6. Add 1 tbsp ghee.
  7. Add 1 ts elachi powder and mix it well.
  8. Garnish with dryfruits.
