Ingredients

2 tablespoons Oil 
3 Potatoes chopped  
Salt to taste 
1 teaspoon Jeera
1 teaspoon Red chilli 
1 teaspoon Turmeric 
2 Onion roughly chopped 
1 teaspoon Amchur 
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala  

Instructions

  1. In heated Kadai add potatoes and salt and let it cook on low heat for 5 mins.
  2. Add jeera, red chilli powder, turmeric and mix well. 
  3. Stir the onions in, cover the lid and cook till the potatoes become soft. 
  4. Add amchur, coriander, garam masala and garnish with coriander. 
  5. Serve hot with your favourite bread
