Ingredients

Marinated Tofu

1/4 crumbled tofu

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp chilli oil

A big pinch of pepper

Sauce

11/2 tbsps soy sauce

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp chilli oil

1/2 tsp chilli flakes

1/2tsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp hot oil

1 tbsp reserved noodle bowl water

Instructions

-Make marinated tofu with Soy sauce, Chilli Oil & Pepper

-To a separate bowl add soy sauce, Vinegar, Chilli flake, Garlic, Sesame Seeds & Peanut Butter

-Mix Well

-Cook the marinated tofu & boil the noodles

-Add the hot oil and water to the sauce

-Combine the noodles with the sauce and your dan dan noodles are ready.
