In this recipe blog, we will be discussing the step-by-step process to make these crispy and mouth-watering No Fry Sabudana Tikkis.


Ingredients:

  1. Butter
  2. Maida
  3. Milk
  4. Cheese
  5. Tomato
  6. Onions
  7. Capsicum
  8. Coriander
  9. Jalapenos
  10. Black Olive

Instructions:

  1. In a PAN take butter and 1 tbsp maida and stir it well for 5-7 minutes
  2. Then add 1 cup milk. make sure that you should not form lumps in it
  3. Now, add 1/2 cup mozzarella and Cheddar cheese and make a paste.
  4. In, a separate bowl add tomatoes, onions, capsicum coriander leaves jalapenos and all the seasoning that you would want mix it well keep it aside.
  5. now in a basket or bowl add some fries and top it up with the cheesy sauce
  6. Now, add the veggie mixture that we made
  7. Add black olive if needed.
