  1. Soya sauce
  2. Schezwan sauce 
  3. Tomato ketchup
  4. Vinegar

  1. Take Soya sauce, Schezwan sauce, Tomato ketchup and Vinegar in a bowl and mix it well.
  2. Take a Kadhai and heat oil.
  3. Add Chopped garlic, spring onion and Mushroom and stir it well.
  4. Pour the mixture of sauce and mix it well.
  5. Add Capsicum, Carrot and Cabbage.
  6. Put salt, pepper powder and Chinese seasoning.
  7. Then, add boiled noodles and mix it well.
  8. Finally, garnish it with spring onion and serve.
