  1. Coriander
  2. Mint

  1. In a small mixer utensil take coriander, mint leaves 3-4 green chilies
  2. Add some water and grind it till you make thick paste.
  3. Warm oil in a TOPE. 
  4. Next, Add Curry leaves, clove and onion.
  5. Stir until onion turns light brown.
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste. 
  7. Then, add the paste that we made earlier and mix it well. 
  8. Add 3-4 green chillies.
  9. Add potato, beans, peas, carrot, or any other vegetable you like.
  10. Add salt as per requirements.
  11. Add 2-3 bowls of water.
  12. Add rice, stir and mix it well. 
  13. Cover the TOPE and cook the rice.
  14. Once cooked serve hot.
