2 tablespoon Butter 
4-5 cloves Garlic chopped 
1 big Onion chopped 
1 cup Mushroom 
½ cup Cream 
½ cup Pasta water
Pepper to taste 
Salt to taste 
1 teaspoon Chili flakes 
Parsley for garnish 
One portion Spaghetti boiled 


  1. In a Kadai, melt the butter. To that saute some garlic, onions and mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are cooked a little, add the cream and saute for a minute. 
  2. Add the pasta water and stir occasionally. Add your seasonings along with the spaghetti and garnish it with little parsley. 
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!
