Ingredients

Bathua boiled 
Potatoes boiled 
Salt
Red chili powder
Amchur 
Green chilis 
Garam masala 
Wheat flour 
Water 
Oil 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix the Bathua leaves, potatoes, salt, hing, red chili powder, amchur, garam masala, green chilis and garam masala. 
  2. Prepare a paratha dough by kneading whole wheat flour with water and oil.
  3. Roll out the dough enough to add the filling. Add the filling and seal it. Roll it again thinly and with a light hand. 
  4. Heat a Tawa and roast the paratha with ghee or oil on both sides or till golden brown. 
  5. Serve with your favorite raita or chutney.
