Ingredients

5 tablespoon Ghee 
1 cup Dry fruits
3 teaspoon Gondh
1 cup Wheat flour 
4 tablespoons Sooji
1 cup Makhana
2 tablespoon Jaggery powder 
2 tablespoon dry grated Coconut powder


Instructions

  1. In Kadai, heat one teaspoon of ghee, then roast dry fruits in it and take it out in a bowl.
  2. In the same Kadhai, heat another teaspoon of ghee and roast gond till it becomes fluffy and take it out in a bowl. 
  3. Now take 4 tablespoons of ghee and roast wheat flour in it till it gets a little brown. Now add sooji and roast it a little more. 
  4. Dry roast the makhana. 
  5. In a big bowl, crush the roasted dry fruits to that and add the gond, flour and sooji mixture, makhana with grated coconut and jaggery powder. 
  6. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
