  1. Oil
  2. Cumin seeds
  3. Onion
  4. Chilly
  5. Ginger-garlic paste
  6. Potato
  7. Turmeric
  8. Salt
  9. Amchur Powder
  10. Chat Masala
  11. Maida 


  1. In a PAN heat 2-3 tbsp oil.
  2. Add cumin seeds, Onion, chopped chilly stir till the onion turns light brown.
  3. Then, add ginger-garlic paste, chopped potato and stir properly.
  4. Next, Add Turmeric, Salt (as per requirement), Amchur powder, Chat masala.
  5. Stir properly and cook until it turns yellow, add half cup water, cover and cook on low heat.
  6. In a bowl take maida add water and make a thin paste.
  7. Now, spread oil on a PAN, pour the paste and spread evenly on the PAN.
  8. Next, cook very slightly and flip it over. 
  9. Later, take the half cooked bread on a plate fill in the batter, fold and make rectangle.
  10. Finally, shallow fry until it turns golden brown and serve.
