Healthy and Tasty Pasta Soup - Allo Recepies

Ingredients

2 tablespoon Oil 
1 Onion chopped  
3 Garlic chopped 
2 Green Chili chopped 
¼ cup Green peas 
¼ cup Capsicum diced 
¼ cup French beans diced
¼ cup Carrot diced 
Salt to taste 
1.5 teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Tomato puree
2 cup Water 
1 cup Elbow pasta or any of your choice 
2 tablespoon Corn flour
Water as required 
Cheese, grated for garnishing 


Instructions 

  1. In a heated KADAI add oil, onion, garlic and chili. Sauté until the onion changes its color and loses the raw smell.
  2. To that add green peas, carrot and beans, add pepper and salt, and mix well for 3 mins. 
  3. Add the tomato purée, water and pasta and let it boil till the pasta is cooked. 
  4. Make a slurry and add it to the pasta and stir for 4-5 mins or till the soup has thickened. 
  5. Serve in a bowl with grated cheese on top.
