2 tablespoons Oil 
4 cloves Garlic chopped 
3 Green chillies chopped 
2 Onion thinly sliced 
1 Capsicum diced 
Macaroni boiled 
1 teaspoon Soya sauce 
2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup 
1 teaspoon Chilli sauce 
Salt to taste 
Pepper to taste 
1 cup Malai 


  1. In a heated KADAI add oil, along with garlic, green chilies, onions and capsicum. Stir these till the onions lose their raw flavor. 
  2. Once cooked, add the boiled macaroni along with soya sauce, ketchup and chili sauce. Stir these until well combined. 
  3. Add salt as required and pepper with the malai for a creamy texture. 
  4. Mix well and serve hot.
