Ingredients

Mixed berries - 4 cups
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/4 cup
Vanilla - 1 Tbsp

 

Topping

Oats old fashioned- 3/4 cup
Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
Cold butter - 1/3 cup cut into small pieces
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
Nuts - 4 tbsp
Coconut shredded - 4 Tbsp

 

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℃, grease an 8 x 8 PAN and place it on a cookie tray set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss together all the berries with the oats, sugar, wheat flour and vanilla, add mixture to a greased 8 x 8 inch PAN and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the topping, cut the butter in by using a fork until the butter is evenly distributed in the fry ingredients.
  4. Scatter the topping on the berries, pop it in the oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
