Ingredients 

For papad stuffing
½ cup Nylon sev 
1 cup Green onion 
1 handful Coriander
½ tablespoon Red chili powder
Salt to taste 
For paratha dough 
2 cup Whole wheat flour 
2 tablespoon Oil 
Salt as required 
1 cup Water 

Instruction 

  1. For the papad stuffing, break the papad into tiny pieces. To that add chopped green onions, coriander, red chili powder and salt and mix well in a bowl. 
  2. Knead the flour with salt oil and water till it doesn't stick to your hands. 
  3. Take a portion of the dough and roll it till you can put enough stuffing inside. 
  4. Add the stuffing and seal it tightly. Roll it out evenly and roast it like a normal paratha. 
  5. Serve with your favourite chutneys or raitas.
