Potato Hotdog Recipe - Allo Recipe

Ingredients

3 large potatoes boiled and mashed 
2 tablespoon Oil 
1 teaspoon Jeera 
1 teaspoon Sabut dhaniya 
1 large onion chopped 
2 Green chilis chopped 
2 teaspoon Chili flakes 
1 teaspoon turmeric  
1.5 teaspoon Chaat masala 
Salt to taste
Butter 

Instructions

  1. In a Kadhai, heat oil, add jeera, sabut dhaniya, onions and saute till they become translucent. 
  2. Add the green chilies, chili flakes, potatoes, turmeric, chaat masala and salt. Mix till all combine well. 
  3. Slit the hotdog buns and generously add the fillings in it. 
  4. Heat some butter on a tawa and grill the hotdogs.
  5. Serve and enjoy hot and crispy hotdogs.
