Veggie Maggi

2 tablespoon Oil
2 Onion roughly chopped 
1 Capsicum sliced 
1 cup Cabbage thinly sliced
Maggi masala 
1 teaspoon Soya sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese seasoning 
Pepper powder to taste 
3 tablespoon Ketchup 


  1. Boil maggi in salted water till cooked.  In another kadhai heat oil, add the onions and saute them for 3-4 mins. 
  2. To that add capsicums, cabbage along with the maggi masala, soya sauce, chinese seasoning, pepper and ketchup. 
  3. Stir for 2 mins and add the boiled maggi and stir till every noodle is coated with the sauce. 
  4. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
