4 tablespoons Mix of Fresh cream and Pizza pasta sauceÂ

1 teaspoon Black pepperÂ
Pinch of OreganoÂ
Pinch of Chili flakesÂ
1.5 cup Paneer
Finely chopped corianderÂ
InstructionsÂ
- In a Kadhai, add oil and sauté onions. Add broccoli, carrot, mushroom, bell peppers and sweet corn, sauté till everything is cooked and a little soft.
- Add fresh cream and pizza pasta sauce to the Kadhai and mix well.Â
- After sautĂ©ing for 4 to 5 mins. Add the spices and paneer and cook for 2-3 mins.Â
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
