1.5 cup Suji 
1 cup Malai 
1 Capsicum diced 
4 Green chillies chopped 
1 Carrot diced to small pieces 
1 Onion chopped 
2 teaspoon Red chili flakes 
Salt to taste 
Bread slices 


  1. In a bowl mix sooji, malai, capsicum, green chilis, carrots, onion, chili flakes and salt thoroughly. 
  2. Take a bread slice and apply the mixture evenly on it. 
  3. On a heated tawa add oil and roast these slices on both sides for 1.5 mins or till cooked. 
  4. Serve with ketchup, raita or your favourite dip.
