Ingredients

  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 1 litre milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 10-12 Almond 
  • 10-12 Pistachio 
  • few strings of Saffron
  • 2 tsp Cardamom seeds 

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sabudana pearls from water to remove the starch from it.
  2. Take a PAN and boil the milk in it.
  3. After boiling the milk, simmer the gas stove.
  4. Add 5-6 strings of kesar (Saffron) in milk, so that the flavor and colour of kesar mix in it.
  5. Add washed sabudana in it. And mix it well.
  6. Cook it on low flame. And stir it after every few minutes.
  7. Add crushed cardamom seeds in it, when milk is reduced to half in quantity. And stir it.
  8. Now add sugar. And stir it.
  9. Add a little Almond and pistachio in it.
  10. After 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas stove.
  11.  Garnish it with Almonds, pistachios & Kesar.
