1 Onion chopped 
1 Tomato diced 
1 Carrot grated
1 Capsicum diced
Tomato ketchup
2 teaspoon Soya sauce
2 teaspoon Chaat masala
Pinch of Oregano and mixed herbs
1 cup Aloo bhujia/sev
Coriander for garnishing 


  1. Mix the onions, tomatoes, carrots, capsicums in a bowl along with tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chaat masala pinch of oregano and mix well. 
  2. Place puris on a baking tray and add the filling, add bhujia and cheese. Bake for 5-10 mins at 180℃ or till the cheese is melted. 
  3. Garnish with a little more oregano and coriander. 
  4. Serve and enjoy hot.
