2 tablespoon Oil 
3 clove Garlic
2 teaspoon Chilli flakes
1 medium Onion, chopped
1.5 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 cup Pasta water
One portion Spaghetti, cooked in salt water 


  1. In a kadai sauté garlic, chilli flakes, onion in oil for 3-4 mins or till the onions lose its raw flavor. 
  2. Add capsicum and tomato paste and sauté till the capsicums are cooked. 
  3. Add the pasta water gradually stir till it gets thick and combined with one another. 
  4. Finally, add the spaghetti and stir till every noodle is coated with the sauce. 
  5. Serve right away
