- In a Kadhai, heat oil, add jeera, sabut dhaniya, onions and saute till they become translucent.
- Add the green chilies, chili flakes, potatoes, turmeric, chaat masala and salt. Mix till all combine well.

- Heat some butter on a tawa and grill the hotdogs.
