Ingredients
2 rolls of oreos
For the mousse:
1 cup thickened cream
1/2 cup room temperature nutella
For the Cream filling:
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup icing sugar
For the ganache:Â
1 cup chocolate
1/2 cup cream
InstructionsÂ
- For the first layer, grind some oreos in a blender into a powder.Â
- For the second layer, whip some whipping cream till stiff peaks are formed and add room temperature nutella and fold it in one direction.Â
- For the third layer, whip some cream again for 4-5 mins or till it thickens up then add the icing sugar to it and mix for 1 more minute.Â
- Heat some cream to boil and pour it on the chocolate chips. Wait for 2-3 mins till the chocolate chips are melted and keep mixing till a silky chocolate texture is not formed.Â
- Now that all your layers are ready, let's assemble everything.Â
- In a cup, add the first layer of oreos to that add the mousse, continuing with the whipped cream and finally the last layer the ganache. You can use a spoon as well as a piping bag for this process.Â
- Once all the layers are ready, garish with a little more oreo powder and you're done.Â
- Serve chilled and enjoy this delicious goodness.Â
